A Business Visit That Combined Collaboration, Innovation, and the Spirit of London
During a recent business trip to London, one of our Product Owners, Emina Džuzdanović, who leads a key Telco project for a long-term British partner, had the opportunity to take part in a series of strategic meetings, and to attend the ServiceNow World Forum, one of the most influential global events for digital workflow, automation, and AI-driven enterprise solutions.
The purpose of the visit was twofold:
first, to maintain and strengthen presence with UK stakeholders, and second, to support the ongoing ServiceNow implementation and migration program for our client. Several workshops and sessions took place directly in the client’s London offices, contributing to smoother alignment and deeper collaboration across all teams involved.
A Day at ServiceNow World Forum
On Wednesday, October 15th, the team working on the same program attended the ServiceNow World Forum, where they spent the entire day participating in workshops and sessions led by ServiceNow’s top technical and business leaders.
The central theme of this year’s event focused on:
- How to optimally integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into enterprise workflows
- New enhancements across existing ServiceNow modules
- Practical demonstrations of AI-driven automation, productivity tools, and platform intelligence
